PDIAAI-CC ( Development of Irrigation and Adaptation of Irrigated Agriculture to Climate Change downstream of the KADDOUSSA dam).

Mission Responsibilities :

• Writing reports and activity summaries.

• Planning and logistical preparation of activities.

• Identification, mobilization, and awareness-raising of beneficiaries.

• Conducting surveys and interviews with beneficiaries.

• Development of a Participatory Oasis Development Plan (PDPO).

Project:

PV2K ( program of sustainable development of the Ksour and Kasbah)

Led by UNDP, in partnership with the Ministry of Territorial Development, Urban Planning, Housing and City.

Mission Responsibilities :

• Conducting a Survey with 26 IGAs in 8 municipalities

(Essfalat, Zaouit Sidi Hamza, Figuig, Allougoum, Zagora, Ternata, Tinghir and Alnif).

• Writing mission reports.

• Providing Cartographic data to support analysis.

Project:

Development of Communal Action Plans (CAPs)

For the territorial communes of Iminoulaoune, Toundoute, Iznaguen, Khouzama, Ouisselssate, Siroua, and Taznakht.

Led by: Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).

Mission Responsibilities :

• Collected relevant data from decentralized services and local commune administrations.

• Prepared and facilitated participatory diagnostic workshops with locals.

• Drafted pre-diagnostic reports for each of the targeted communes to guide CAP formulation.
